This spectacular two-bedroom semi-detached Villa is located on the western plateau, within walking distance from the Village Square’s restaurants and shops and enjoys fabulous views of the Golf Course.
The entire property is decorated in neutral tones with modern fixtures and fittings throughout. The living room is styled with minimalistic furniture including two-seat and three-seat fabric sofas and a TV. The room is bright and warm and enjoys breathtaking views from the French doors, which open out to the pool area.
The dining area has a modern glass table with four dark green coloured fabric chairs; there are French doors which open out onto the pool and patio, setting the scene for a unique dining experience.
The first bedroom is on the ground floor and includes twin beds (zip & lock) with side cabinets, fitted wardrobes and French doors also leading out to the pool and patio area.
Immediately outside the bedroom, there is a bathroom with a shower cubicle and sink vanity unit. This could also be used as a guest WC.
A marble staircase leads up to the master bedroom, featuring another Twin room that can be arranged as a double bed using a Zip & Lock system upon request, which is complete with parquet flooring, fitted wardrobes, a side cabinet and French doors leading to the upstairs balcony.
