SECURITY SERVICES

Security Services offered via our ON SITE Control Room to give you peace of mind. This service includes the following:

• Installation of alarm and CCTV systems.
• Monitoring alarm and CCTV systems on the Resort from the Security Control Room.
• Signal and attendance in case of power cut off at the property.
• Ease of operation – including direct access keypads and remote controls.
• The security system detects the exact point of entry or burglary and guides the patrol and customer accordingly.
• Attend alarm activation and facilitate external check of all doors and windows, checking for signs of forced entry.
• The system receives and monitors signals of electricity failure within the house and informs Security, avoiding the danger of system operation failure.
• The system receives test signals in regular dailyorder thus ensuring proper system operation. It also alerts the Security team in the event of a component failure or a fault on the telephone line.
• Key Holding: (Only available if Monitor & Attend Service taken). If alarm is activated we do an internal check of property and reset alarm, liaise with emergency services if required.
• Contact owner in all cases of activation. Inform relevant alarm company of false activations. Liaise with emergency services if required.
• Reports on all entrance and alarm activations if required.
• Guest Escort & Key Allocation upon request.
• Property checks upon request.
• Professional installation (wired or wireless), tailor-made alarm quotation sand monitoring from the Security CCTV Room located at the Resort and just a few minutes away from your property.
• The system operates 24/7 through fully trained personnel. All companies in Cyprus offer this service from 11.00pm to 7.00am at a distance of 10-15km from the town centre.  The competitive advantage of Aphrodite Hills Property Management is that the Security team attends alarm activation and carries out an external check 24/7 on a daily basis.

Package A: Monitoring ONLY (24/7)

Package B: Monitoring, Attend & Key Holding (24/7)

Package C: Monitoring, Attend & Key Holding (24/7). Aphrodite Hills Property Management subsidises 100% of the investment (for the installation of the alarm with maximum investment of €2000**) provided that an Alarm Monitoring Contract is signed for 5 Years.

Package D: Monitoring, Attend & Key Holding (24/7). Aphrodite Hills Property Management subsidises 50% of the investment (for the installation of the alarm with maximum investment of €2000**) provided that an Alarm Monitoring Contract is signed for 3 Years.
