Aphrodite Hills Property Management is a company operated by the owning company of Aphrodite Hills Resort and is the only official Property Management company at the Resort. Our offices are located on the Resort and can be available within minutes ,therefore any general issues and emergencies can be attended too immediately, on a 24 hour basis. Furthermore our services include more than 70 tailor made services.

Property inspections are a  contracted service , which is performed once a month .These reports are especially important for owners who are away from their property for more than 30 consecutive days ,both for ensuring the property is in good condition and for insurance purposes. Our quality control department schedule the visits to the property usually approximately the same day of each month ,where a detailed report is sent to the owner on a monthly basis. The report includes structural issues ,ingress of water, dampness and general condition of the property and its contents.

Any maintenance request can either be called in to our Customer service staff ,direct to our maintenance team , by email or by submitting a request on our website.

Property Management offers a 24/ 7 service ,where our teams are able to attend to emergencies at any time of the day or evening ,including weekends.

Preventative maintenance is a standardized maintenance routine ,where a  seasonal service schedule is   important for the maximum efficiency of various equipment such as a/c units, solar systems ,water tank disinfection and for the winter months roof and veranda drains.

We currently have properties that are undergoing home improvements and renovations or properties that have been completed  that can be viewed ,this can be arranged prior to notification of the owner ,this can be arranged within 2 working days.

The landscape and garden maintenance manager is available on site, we would suggest an appointment for a complimentary consultation at the property, alternatively suggested sketches can be provided by email.

Our Security team is situated on Resort 24/7 ,with an onsite control room, various packages are available to suit our diverse customer requirements ,Security consultations are recommended to provide you with the best solution for your personal security needs.

Owners can activate their account through AHPM upon arrival at their property and disable their account on leave without any disconnection or Reconnection fees. Various speeds are currently available ranging from 4 mbps – 20mpbs,larger speeds are available on request.
