Terms and Conditions – “Your Own Olympic Spirit” Event

Aphrodite Hills Resort Terms and Conditions for Olympics event:

1.  Pick up your vouchers with your email proof of payment from Proshop Reception at the Golf Club House, Monday – Sunday from 7:00 – 19:00
2.  The vouchers are valid from 22^nd July 2021 until 8^th August 2021.
3.  Each voucher is valid for 1 person, 1 hour per chosen activity.
4.  The vouchers are transferable.
5.  The vouchers are not exchangeable, not refundable in cash or replaceable if lost, destroyed, or stolen.
6.  The vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers/promotions or against any services as discounts.
7.  The vouchers can be redeemed for 1-hour activity:

• 1-hour tennis hardcourt hire; equipment included
• 1-hour padel tennis court hire; equipment included
• 1-hour at the golf driving range; equipment included – 3 clubs + range balls
• 1-hour of horse riding; equipment included
• 1-hour of bike riding – bikes available in frame sizes from 150cm height

9. Vouchers must be presented by the bearer on arrival at the facility.

10. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

11. All Covid-19 measures must be adhered to.

11.1 The possession of a SafePass is required in indoor and outdoor spaces.

12. Cancellation policy:

• Cancellations must be within 24 hours of the booked activity, for booked activities a no-show policy applies.
• Unused vouchers cannot be redeemed against services or activities after the end date of the promotion, i.e. 8th August 2021.

12.1 In case of government restrictions that will force us to cancel the events, all vouchers will be refunded.

12.2 The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
